Unreliable real estate agent. Does not keep appointments and 1 star is actually too generous. Unfortunately, I cannot respond to the owner's reaction below and wanted to leave it at the bad review, but the following response does require some clarification: - Tel Krop sold a house through registration - We were the winning bid - Written confirmation from Monique Krop. List of movable property shared. Notary confirmed. - The notary prepared the documents for transfer - The party that had offered less in the registration wanted to offer more, while we already had confirmation of the purchase and the documents were with the notary. We were offered compensation if we withdrew, as we were formally the buyer. - Ultimately went through with the other buyer without compensating us. Not only ethically very questionable, but also illegal. It seems clear that you should stay as far away from Monique Krop as possible.
