Niet te vertrouwen makelaar. Komt afspraken niet na en 1 ster is eigenlijk al te veel Helaas kan ik niet reageren op de reactie van de eigenaar hieronder en wilde ik het bij de slechte review laten, maar onderstaande reactie vraagt toch om wat verduidelijking, dus bij deze: - Tel Krop verkocht een huis per inschrijving - Wij waren het winnende bod - Schriftelijke bevestiging van Monique Krop. Lijst met roerende zaken gedeeld. Notaris bevestigd. - Notaris heeft de documenten klaar gemaakt voor de overdracht - Partij die lager had geboden in de inschrijving wilde toch meer bieden, terwijl wij al bevestiging hadden van de koop en de documenten al bij de notaris lagen. Ons werd aangeboden een vergoeding te krijgen als we ons zouden terugtrekken, omdat wij formeel de koper waren. - Uiteindelijk toch met de andere koper in zee gegaan, zonder ons te vergoeden. Niet alleen ethisch heel twijfelachtig, maar ook nog eens illegaal. Lijkt me voor zich spreken dat je bij Monique Krop zo ver mogelijk uit de buurt moet blijven.

"In het verkoopproces is er helaas altijd maar 1 partij die de koper kan zijn en zullen er altijd mensen teleurgesteld worden. Wij treden op voor onze opdrachtgevers (in dit geval de verkopers)en streven daarbij altijd naar het maximale resultaat. Als dat inhoudt dat we daarvoor andere partijen als uzelf als koper moeten teleurstellen, dan is dat spijtig."
