Pogingen om 4000 euro in rekening te brengen omdat de witte verf over de gaatjes in de schilderijen niet overeenkomt met de magnoliaverf eronder, en vervolgens de volledige aanbetaling inhouden, zijn het soort louche zakelijke praktijken die makelaars een slechte naam bezorgen. Vermijd deze makelaar ten koste van alles.
