Monique is a very honest real estate agent with thorough market knowledge. She ensured that the sale proceeded smoothly and we received a good price for our house. Even when the buying party's agent was unresponsive during the process, she helped them out. Additionally, Monique is very pleasant to deal with, which is also important given the frequent contact during an exciting process.

What else can I give but a 10? Monique Tel had already sold my father's house last year to our complete satisfaction. For me, there was no doubt about the choice of real estate agent for my own home. In short: communicative, very proactive, persistent, knowledgeable, pleasant/quiet in dealing with others, with room for my own opinion, never pushy/coercive but rather advisory. What a nice real estate agent!
