For the choice at Home in Real Estate, we compared it with 3 other real estate agents. Home in Real Estate felt best: Migiel is not pushy, gave good tips and responded quickly and adequately to questions, emails, SMS, and phone calls. Also, the assessment of the asking price seemed most realistic to us (others were way too high or low). In addition, the care for photos, floor plans, and NEN-measurements was very professional resulting in a perfect presentation of the house. Moreover, Home in Real Estate also turned out to be the cheapest option! Another point I am enormously grateful for is that as a sales agent, Migiel helped me greatly in my search for a new home purchase. Thanks to his help, I knew what bids to consider, what contingencies to take into account, and whether the final purchase contract was in order. Top service then! In short: I would definitely recommend Home in Real Estate!
