He was well informed about the market in the neighborhood, allowing him to advise on a well-considered selling price. During the bidding process, he was strategically strong. Ultimately, the apartment was sold quickly and for an unexpectedly high price. We ourselves stayed abroad throughout the entire sales process, but this caused absolutely no problems.
