In the spring, Migiel came by to see my house on Postjesweg and gave a free valuation. He and his colleague are well informed about the latest developments in the neighborhood and have a good feel for the market. I was always promptly called back or emailed, which I found pleasant and professional. In October, I decided to put my house up for sale through Thuis in vastgoed, and after an open house where the real estate agent was present to answer visitors' questions, my apartment sold for a good price. I recommend this office to friends and will definitely call Migiel again when I look for another home in Amsterdam. (man 51 Amsterdam)
