- very flexible: offers to hold open house evenings and is present herself, viewings are often possible on weekends in the evening as well - strong communication skills: pleasant to deal with and quick to engage (both for planning viewings and during sales negotiations) - good knowledge/preparation of matters: occasionally suggests sitting down to review how the sale stands and what the market has done over the past period (analysis of sold houses in the neighborhood compared to square footage)
