Gaby is an agent with a lot of expertise. After each visit from viewers, he provided clear feedback. It became apparent that he always tried to think along with the viewers and offered creative solutions when necessary, to keep the property interesting. For example, how to turn a staircase into extra space. Nice is that this happens in a no-nonsense way, definitely not with slick sales talk.
