Despite the volatile housing market, this real estate agent provided an excellent analysis of the market situation and also pointed out where the opportunities lay. During the process, we were advised on issues such as implications when selling a property that is also part of a Homeowners' Association (VvE). In addition to being knowledgeable, all contacts were also very pleasant in nature. Viewings were well planned and there was always immediate concise feedback afterwards about how it went.
