An absolute added value who protected me well from pitfalls in the beginning and helped me strike at the right time for the right property, which allowed me to secure a beautiful apartment here in Amsterdam under the initial asking price. He was always reachable, my wishes were always top priority, and he paid very close attention to the structural details during viewings. For the choice at Home in Real Estate, we compared it with 3 other real estate agents. Home in Real Estate felt best: Migiel is not pushy, gave good tips and responded quickly and adequately to questions, emails, SMS, and phone calls. Also, the assessment of the asking price seemed most realistic to us (others were way too high or low). In addition, the care for photos, floor plans, and NEN-measurements was very professional resulting in a perfect presentation of the house. Moreover, Home in Real Estate also turned out to be the cheapest option! Another point I am enormously grateful for is that as a sales agent, Migiel helped me greatly in my search for a new home purchase. Thanks to his help, I knew what bids to consider, what contingencies to take into account, and whether the final purchase contract was in order. Top service then! The sales task turned out to be more difficult than expected but ultimately succeeded thanks to some smart measures by Migiel. I could always rely on him and his team, they were always reachable and I usually got a response within a few minutes. They saved me an enormous amount of work. I cannot judge the contacts with viewers and buyers since I was never present (except at the notary during the final stage), but if anything had gone wrong there, I would certainly have heard about it. So, a 10.

Na een uitvoerige selectie heb ik de verkoop van mijn appartement toevertrouwd aan Gaby Balkema van Thuis in Vastgoed. Hij bleek zich grondig te hebben voorbereid en durfde ook kritisch te zijn t.a.v. de presentatie van mijn appartement. Op zijn advies heb ik toch besloten alles te laten schilderen, opnieuw te stofferen en te voorzien van huurmeubilair (i.c.m. een via zijn kantoor verzorgd stylingadvies) Ook het feit dat hij ondanks de grote belangstelling alle kandidaten heeft rondgeleid sprak mij aan. Deze arbeidsintensieve aanpak heeft geleid tot een optimaal verkoopresultaat. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat dit uitsluitend en alleen te danken is aan de grondige aanpak die Gaby heeft voorgestaan. Ik kan dan ook een ieder aanraden om dezelfde keuze te maken. Super, dankjewel!

Gaby kenden we al van de goede verhalen van vrienden en familie, nu was het de tijd om om zelf een move te maken op de huizenmarkt. Dus Thuis in Vastgoed ingeschakeld en zodoende konden we zelf ervaren hoe voortvarend hij samen met zijn kantoor te werk gaat. Groot pluspunt vonden wij de hardcopy (!) brochure die gegadigden mee konden nemen na een bezichtiging. Ook het plannen van de bezichtigingen ging soepel en in goede harmonie.
