On the recommendation of a neighbor, I engaged Mr. Gaby Balkema from Thuis in Vastgoed to handle the sale of my apartment. A golden tip. What a difference compared to agents I have used in the past. Gaby Balkema works calmly and thoughtfully, takes his time, is easily reachable for questions in between, and always gives the right advice. That starts already with the preparations, with a solid guidance during the onboarding process. Only once the house is really sale-ready does it go on Funda. After that, you actually don't have to look back. Gaby thinks along and ahead, and even in a (luxurious) situation where many potential buyers contact you, that is very handy. Finding a buyer is not so difficult now, finding the right buyer requires a dedicated agent. And that is certainly Gaby Balkema, moreover an agent who visibly enjoys his work.

Ik kreeg Migiel van Thuis in Vastgoed via via aanbevolen en deze aanbeveling was meer dan terecht. Natuurlijk hielp het huidige klimaat op de Amsterdamse markt mee, maar dankzij de goede zorg en service was mijn huis binnen een week verkocht en voor een topprijs!
