The approach to selling our house by Amber Nooij from Thuis in Vastgoed was different than what we are used to from real estate agents. First, with Thuis in Vastgoed as the real estate agent, we got a team of motivated experts who were all there to help us sell the house together. A stylist for the presentation, a writer to express our feelings about living in this place well, a photographer to beautifully present the strong points of the house, and an inspector to technically inspect the house. In this way, we could present all important aspects of our home to potential buyers. Second, Amber Nooij combined excellent market knowledge with inspiring enthusiasm to find several potential buyers who best fit the house and living environment. This is how we were able to sell our home very quickly to a nice young couple who will have a great time here. The most important thing for us was that clear agreements were made about the sales process with Thuis in Vastgoed, and all agreements were kept. From the start, we felt that the real estate agent was 100% involved in the sales process. We found it enormously pleasant to work with Amber and her team and can now plan our next step much earlier than expected.
