Thuis in Vastgoed is een professioneel makelaarskantoor dat vooral erg snel en vakkundig handelt. Migiel heeft ons huis in Amsterdam op vlotte en gunstige wijze verkocht en daarbij ook vele handige adviezen gegeven. Ik beveel het kantoor van harte aan.

Migiel heeft een huis voor me aan- en verkocht. Fijne makelaar die weet waar hij over praat en een goede onderhandelaar is. Daarbij is hij eerlijk en zegt hij waar het op staat. Hij zorgt ervoor dat je bij je plan blijft (ook in lastige markt) en gaat dus niet alleen voor snel resultaat en eigen belang.

Migiel Krijger from Home in Real Estate is an excellent real estate agent. He manages to find the perfect balance between professionalism and personal involvement. The sale of our apartment went flawlessly, with a lot of support from his side. Despite having a small child and a busy life, the viewings were pleasant and caused minimal disruption to our daily routine. The photographer he brought along was also very good, and together they gave us excellent advice and helped make the apartment sellable. We are also very satisfied with the eventual buyer; she was our first choice and went for the apartment partly due to Migiel's friendly and professional demeanor.

For the second time within two years, I successfully sold a property with the help of Migiel from Thuis in Vastgoed. Migiel handles everything, and that's meant positively. He asked for documents that I (of course) had lost, he even helped me with matters not directly related to the sale. Migiel knows what he is doing, is pleasant to deal with, always responds very quickly via email and/or phone, and does everything in consultation, which I found lovely. You can see that he thinks along and takes into account your personal situation, not just the financial aspect. For now, I have no plans to sell another property again, but if that were the case, I would definitely engage Migiel again!
