Migiel Krijger from Home in Real Estate is an excellent real estate agent. He manages to find the perfect balance between professionalism and personal involvement. The sale of our apartment went flawlessly, with a lot of support from his side. Despite having a small child and a busy life, the viewings were pleasant and caused minimal disruption to our daily routine. The photographer he brought along was also very good, and together they gave us excellent advice and helped make the apartment sellable. We are also very satisfied with the eventual buyer; she was our first choice and went for the apartment partly due to Migiel's friendly and professional demeanor.

For the second time within two years, I successfully sold a property with the help of Migiel from Thuis in Vastgoed. Migiel handles everything, and that's meant positively. He asked for documents that I (of course) had lost, he even helped me with matters not directly related to the sale. Migiel knows what he is doing, is pleasant to deal with, always responds very quickly via email and/or phone, and does everything in consultation, which I found lovely. You can see that he thinks along and takes into account your personal situation, not just the financial aspect. For now, I have no plans to sell another property again, but if that were the case, I would definitely engage Migiel again!

Een zeer prettige en deskundige makelaar, komt alle afspraken heel goed na en heeft mij heel goed op de hoogte gehouden van het verloop van het verkoopproces. Hij was zeer goed op de hoogte van alles dat er te koop staat in de buurt en wat er te koop gestaan heeft en hij was dan ook uitstekend voorbereid in ons eerste gesprek. Dat heeft voor mij - tezamen met zijn prettige persoonlijkheid - de doorslag gegeven.
