For the choice at Home in Real Estate, we compared it with 3 other real estate agents. Home in Real Estate felt best: Migiel is not pushy, gave good tips and responded quickly and adequately to questions, emails, SMS, and phone calls. Also, the assessment of the asking price seemed most realistic to us (others were way too high or low). In addition, the care for photos, floor plans, and NEN-measurements was very professional resulting in a perfect presentation of the house. Moreover, Home in Real Estate also turned out to be the cheapest option! I received expert advice on the rental price and what should or should not be included for 'furnished rent'.
