I was looking for a property that met very specific requirements; the size of the house, the location in Amsterdam, my max. budget and the fact that I am a musician and need to be able to study at home without annoying the neighbors. Besides, I knew almost nothing about buying houses and what to pay attention to. Gaby has guided me from the beginning till the end very professionally and calmly. He also listens well to what you say and does something about it. When this property turned out to be a real option, Gaby moved the first stone to make an appointment with the neighbors (1 neighbor was abroad) for a sound test with my instrument in the property. Also regarding knowledge of price per m2 in the area he is very professional. I felt comfortable with him that he optimally represented my interests and that has turned out to be the case.
