Na een gedegen goede voorbereiding, waarin samen geinvesteerd werd, heeft Thuis in Vastgoed, het object helder, transparant en eerlijk in de markt gezet. Dit kon alleen met veel voorwerk en juridisch en bouwtechnisch alles goed uitgezocht te hebben. Daardoor is er in een later stadium geen kink in de kabel gekomen.
