I dare to state that thanks to the real estate agent from Thuis in Vastgoed, Mrs. Amber Nooij, we were able to sell our house during this difficult time. She remains constantly in contact with interested parties. Even after the buyer threatened to back out after signing the agreement, she did everything in her power to get them over the line, and successfully. Of course, it's no guarantee, but I can certainly recommend her to everyone.

We were very satisfied with Mrs. A. Nooij from Thuis in Vastgoed and are glad that we chose you to sell our house. You are initiative-taking, every time you come up with new ideas to get a house sold. You go for the maximum result, situations where we would have gone along with a lower offer you found not acceptable, 'there is more to be gained'. You think along with the client's situation, you know what you can bring up to someone. Moreover, most importantly, you have people skills, you are very friendly and very easy to reach and accessible. Not first calling an office, but directly short lines, very pleasant!

Amber remains accessible and human despite her great drive and passion for the profession; she is anything but a 'slick' salesperson. She stood out to us due to her enormous(!) flexibility and cheerfulness. She is literally (and I am demanding) ALWAYS reachable. She does not cling to her own ideas if you, as a seller, want something else, but she does stick to her expertise when you might be inclined to react emotionally. She goes all in more than 100%, the viewer comes first so also evenings and Sundays. And before the viewer even stands inside, she has already done thorough research to investigate whether they are serious or not. The quality of photography that she brings (and the rest of her team) is very high (decisive for the number of visitors), and the wonderfully beautiful brochure that was made we will definitely keep as a reference book to show our children where they were born. Top. Within 2.5 weeks, we went into negotiations. In this time. We worked hard ourselves and together with Amber had a good and very pleasant sale. Our house is in good hands with the new residents, that was personally important to me. I can recommend everyone - despite the perhaps somewhat higher price - to go into business with Amber!
