Had a great experience with the real estate agent during the sale of our house. Good communication, valuation and handling of the transition so that we could leave Amsterdam before delivery. Would always choose VZ Makelaardij again.

Vanessa radiates positivity, is easygoing and very direct. For the sales photos she had good tips and on site she adjusted everything else as well. The sale went smoothly. She is very reachable via WhatsApp until the evening hours. The mortgage advisor she advised me can also be highly recommended.

Altijd snel contact. Laagdrempelig. Prettig in de omgang. Alleen dit beoordelingsformulier van funda is slecht. Deze tekst moet een minimum lengte hebben en dat is niet nodig

Gelijk vanaf het begin was duidelijk dat Vanessa op een compleet ander level zit dan de andere makelaars waarmee ik te maken heb gehad. Van buiten is ze relaxed, easy going en geeft iedereen, verkoper en koper, gelijk een goed gevoel. Van binnen is ze super gedreven, scherp, kan goed hoofd- en bijzaken uit elkaar houden, gaat direct op het doel af, zit er bovenop en houdt goed de regie maar altijd op een prettige manier. Binnen een maand had ik een goed bod terwijl vergelijkbare woningen 4 / 5 maanden te koop stonden. Het was verder geen makkelijk traject vanwege financieringsproblemen koper maar Vanessa loste keer op keer de knelpunten op, heeft mijn belangen super goed behartigd en dankzij haar tomeloze inzet is de verkoop voor iedereen heel prettig verlopen. Eigenlijk is dit een 6 sterren makelaar , jammer dat ik er maar 5 kan geven !
