When the birth of our second child was approaching, we both knew it was time to look for a new house. Fortunately, an opportunity came our way and we were able to move from our apartment to a lovely semi-detached home with a garden. Since everything happened much faster than we thought, we hadn't really given much thought to selling our own place and the process that comes with it. Luckily, there was Het Woonhart. Hans gave us an excellent presentation during his first visit. Not long after, our apartment went on sale and within a few weeks it was sold. Throughout the entire sales process, Twan, Anischa, and Hans kept us perfectly informed via a joint WhatsApp group and were always available for help and answering questions.
