Unfortunately, not a good experience with the woonhart [real estate listing]. A few weeks ago, an appointment was made for a viewing but on the day itself canceled by the realtor because the tenant apparently does not want to cooperate. This should have been known beforehand, but okay. They were supposed to let me know when it could be viewed. Today I receive an email that it has already been sold?! This is not the right way of working.. this is unfair, unprofessional and above all I feel cheated. Good luck with your way of working ..

We fully understand your frustration and it was never our intention to give you a sense of unfairness or unprofessionalism. The situation with the tenant and seller was complex, given that the tenant enjoyed rent protection and eventually struck a deal with the seller. Despite our efforts to arrange a viewing for you, we were confronted with unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We acknowledge that communication regarding this could have been better directed towards you. The news that the property had already been sold also came as a surprise to us.
