From the start I had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the football club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already made a kind of presentation of my house (and not an example of someone else's home), so I could immediately see how it would look. The photo shoot offered by them was also top-notch! I had styled the house myself and received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was pleasant is that Woonhart is very flexible and keeps me informed as well. Their plan was also clear, both in terms of price and marketing on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were being contacted by them. All in all, my house only stood for sale for 2 weeks and it sold for a beautiful price. I didn't look back once. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I came back, it was sold. You can't have it better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress about getting buyer and seller together at an appropriate time; everyone could arrange it at their own convenience.
