Meteen een goed gevoel bij deze makelaar. Geen no non zin taal korte lijnen met een dosis humor gewoon een ontspannen communicatie. Ze hebben ons huis in een mum van tijd. verkocht. Dit ondermeer door de fantastische brochure hebben ze gemaakt, en de vlot verlopen bezichtigingen. Wat we zelf erg prettig vonden is dat onze eigen inbreng zeer werd gewaardeerd. Altijd snelle reactie gekregen op onze vragen. Top communicatie! Hans, Twan en Anischa bedankt voor jullie inzet en de vlotte verkoop van ons huis! Een aanrader voor iedereen die zijn huis wilt verkopen.

Vanaf het begin was het contact bijzonder plezierig. Wij hebben 3 makelaars laten komen om de prijs te bepalen. Woonhart zat uiteindelijk het dichts bij de juiste prijs. Tijdens de bezichtigingen waren wij weg en kon de makelaar in alle rust met de gegadigden rond kijken. Al met al kunnen wij dit als een goed traject beschouwen. W ij zijn content met dit makelaarskantoor.

This was the real estate agent for the house that we bought; the interaction and communication were so pleasant that we immediately chose to sell our current home through this same party. Everything they promise, they deliver, with direct and personal contact from all employees involved in the house added to a WhatsApp group. As soon as there are questions, they are answered directly. For our next house, we will definitely choose this real estate agent again!!

Unfortunately, not a good experience with the woonhart [real estate listing]. A few weeks ago, an appointment was made for a viewing but on the day itself canceled by the realtor because the tenant apparently does not want to cooperate. This should have been known beforehand, but okay. They were supposed to let me know when it could be viewed. Today I receive an email that it has already been sold?! This is not the right way of working.. this is unfair, unprofessional and above all I feel cheated. Good luck with your way of working ..

The home evaluation center was activated to create an appraisal report of our property. I immediately got someone on the phone and it was arranged very quickly. A few days later, Hans came by to view the property and note down all necessary information. Through Taxapi, we were kept informed about the progress and could provide everything promptly when something was missing. After a few days, we received the report. Thank you for the quick and friendly service.
