We recently sold a house through Twan and Hans in Nijmegen with an exceptionally positive experience. The choice of real estate agents for both the sale of our home in Doetinchem and the purchase of our new home was also not difficult; everything would go through Het Woonhart. In both transactions, the experience was incredibly positive! Nothing was too much for Hans or Twan; they were always reachable, even outside office hours or on weekends, and all our questions were answered with advice and action. It was wonderful how these two knowledgeable and particularly friendly people took over the complex and comprehensive processes from us, and how smoothly everything went. No effort was too great, and both the purchase and sale were fantastic. What a service! We would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone…Martin and Mirjam.

Hans en Twan waren van begin tot eind van het hele verkoopproces deskundige, betrokken makelaars die mij enorm ontzorgd hebben. Ik voelde meteen bij de eerste kennismaking dat de verkoop bij hun in goede handen was. Heel fijn persoonlijk contact, behulpzaam, goede adviezen, geruststellend als ik even in de stress schoot, duidelijke communicatie, snelle reactie op alle vragen en vooral geen kapsones.
