It sounds exaggerated, but Het Woonhart (Hans and Twan) definitely earned these figures! From the first conversation to when the house was sold, these people did everything they could to make it as pleasant as possible for everyone involved, both the seller and the buyer. A big 10!

I can only say, top real estate agents. They deliver what they promise. Despite the summer shortage and rising interest rates, we sold our house for the asking price. I can recommend this real estate office in all respects - regarding price, duration of time, and in our case, guidance concerning family law - 100%. I had a conversation with four agents and am happy with our decision to let Hans and Peter from Real Estate Woonhart sell our house. Within one month it was sold for the asking price despite falling prices. Top organized! Regards Vera Hegeman

Ronduit waardeloos. De communicatie met Twan verliep steeds al uiterst moeizaam, maar vandaag kwam hij niet eens opdagen voor onze afspraak, geen belletje, geen berichtje helemaal niets.

Ter verduidelijking: op basis van de door u verstrekte informatie was ik op het afgesproken tijdstip aanwezig bij Bouwmeesterstraat 63 in Arnhem. Mijn pogingen om u telefonisch te bereiken, bleven door u onbeantwoord. Ik heb een half uur aan de overkant van de straat gewacht, in de hoop dit misverstand te kunnen ophelderen. Toen ik later op de dag nogmaals contact met u opnam, vernam ik dat uw werkelijke adres Bouwmeesterstraat 63B is. Dit misverstand heeft helaas tot verwarring en frustratie geleid. Wij nemen uw feedback serieus en zullen deze gebruiken om onze communicatie te verbeteren."
