The real estate agent was really there for me. I had a very difficult buyer, and every time the agent was there for me until the end, even when the buyer wanted to take metal rails out of the house, the agent took care of that since my car was already full. They are always reachable via WhatsApp. Usually it was Twan who responded. Also at the notary they were there for me if necessary. In short, I gained another good experience. The price agreement was also more than reasonable. Not a percentage but a fixed fee.

After the first visit, advice was given on what the best strategy would be for the sale. Kept informed via the group app, which worked very pleasantly. Nothing went wrong and after two weeks, the property was sold. A very pleasant experience with these real estate agents.

Had very pleasant contact throughout the entire process. Good support and also for interim questions or ideas, the real estate agent was easy to reach and provided well. The aftercare was excellent. Especially the whole WOZ issue was expertly addressed and resolved. A small drawback! Work is done with a software tool called 'move' or something like that. The entire added value of this escapes me and I have to actively check regularly myself if there are requested pieces or documents or new matters recorded. This did not add anything for me.

The communication is very poor! Contact was sought in several ways and after multiple attempts, no response at all. Today someone did answer the phone but with an arrogant attitude and zero respect. You will have to sell your house to him

Ronduit waardeloos. De communicatie met Twan verliep steeds al uiterst moeizaam, maar vandaag kwam hij niet eens opdagen voor onze afspraak, geen belletje, geen berichtje helemaal niets.

Ter verduidelijking: op basis van de door u verstrekte informatie was ik op het afgesproken tijdstip aanwezig bij Bouwmeesterstraat 63 in Arnhem. Mijn pogingen om u telefonisch te bereiken, bleven door u onbeantwoord. Ik heb een half uur aan de overkant van de straat gewacht, in de hoop dit misverstand te kunnen ophelderen. Toen ik later op de dag nogmaals contact met u opnam, vernam ik dat uw werkelijke adres Bouwmeesterstraat 63B is. Dit misverstand heeft helaas tot verwarring en frustratie geleid.
