Moniek is open, very accessible and reachable. She listens well and observes what the seller needs in terms of guidance and support. Where necessary, she is very clear and tells them what she believes really needs to be done. She has given us excellent advice about when and at what price we should put the property on the market. This was of great importance to us because in our case the process took a long time due to moving into a new house under construction and the market was very uncertain.
