Excellent and reliable real estate agent! Recommended by a friend who had bought a house with Moniek as the purchasing agent. For over a year, we searched together with Moniek for a home purchase in this overheated housing market and eventually found what we wanted! She negotiated firmly, listened well to our buying wishes, and never pushed us, which was very nice. She also told us when a house wasn't something we should buy. Besides that, Moniek has extensive knowledge about the construction condition of a house and possible unforeseen costs. All praise. We would definitely recommend Moniek Koenders Real Estate!
