Where necessary, she is very clear and tells them what she believes really needs to be done. She has given us excellent advice about when and at what price we should put the property on the market. This was of great importance to us because in our case the process took a long time due to moving into a new house under construction and the market was very uncertain.

Moniek Koenders is a knowledgeable and reliable real estate agent if you are looking for a house. She has a lot of understanding of legal, but especially construction matters, and does not shy away from difficult issues. She knows when tough decisions need to be made and helps you in making (sometimes very) difficult choices. Additionally, she is also a very nice person with whom you can enjoy a good cup of coffee.

I met Moniek for the first time at a property she had for sale. There I noticed that Moniek doesn't give pretty sales pitches but has a rational view and provides information about the object to be sold. She also has good building expertise available, so I couldn't imagine there being a more reliable real estate agent available. And this proved true in the subsequent purchase process: Moniek asks clear and good questions about short-term and long-term wishes, and doesn't shy away from being critical therein. With that, I found a 'perfect fit', and it is really a different kind of house than what I had initially envisioned..
