Moniek Koenders is een deskundige makelaar, zowel voor aankoop als verkoop. Ze is goed bereikbaar en geeft snel antwoord op al je vragen. Ook stelt ze vragen of geeft ze advies over zaken waarbij je zelf in eerste instantie niet stilstaat.

Wij kenden Moniek van een eerste proefbezichtiging van een huis wat zij verkocht, en hadden direct zo'n goed gevoel bij haar werkwijze en houding dat we vervolgens hebben gevraagd of zij ons verder wilde helpen als aankoopmakelaar. Ze rekent een vaste prijs wat ons de rust gaf om alle tijd te nemen, al bleek dat uiteindelijk helemaal niet nodig. Binnen korte tijd hebben we met Moniek een aantal woningen bekeken en bij nummer 4 was het raak! Wij verliefd en met een goed advies en overwogen strategie van Moniek hebben we zonder enig gedoe het huis kunnen kopen.Moniek is een heel prettige makelaar, heeft een open, no-nonsense houding, is pragmatisch met zeer veel deskundige kennis (haar extra paar ogen waren van grote waarde bij bezichtigingen, ook bouwkundig doorzag ze snel de woning), en heel laagdrempelig benaderbaar. Ze kwam op ons totaal niet over als de klassieke makelaar die we in ons hoofd hadden, en dat was heel fijn!

Moniek begeleidde het verkoopproces echt top; eerlijk, open en vooral recht door zee! Moniek is supergoed bereikbaar (niet alleen tijdens kantoortijden) en bereid om mee te denken! Daarnaast houdt ze oog voor de zakelijke kant en ontzorgt je als verkopen waar ze kan!
