In the extremely short time that we had engaged Sandra (the purchasing agent) (the day before the 11:00 AM deadline for submitting an offer), she acted quickly and decisively, providing us with advice that resulted in our winning bid. This included viewing the property on the same day we hired her and then giving us advice on the offer at the end of the afternoon. We are very pleased with the result and extremely grateful for her valuable assistance.
