In January, we put our house in Arnhem on the market and chose Van Heteren and Actief Makelaars. They assisted us competently and very kindly, even after we continued to ask questions. We received all information well in advance, were kept up-to-date properly, and they even helped with all our questions regarding buying another home! Furthermore, they were always reachable, both by phone and email.

During the process, I had to adjust my expectations several times, partly due to the market, and partly due to miscommunication and poor coordination between me, the real estate agent, and the office. This has been handled very well, and I give a big plume to this office for the service, the patience (with me!), and the personal approach. The process is often stressful enough, so super nice that attention is given here.
