Contact with the real estate agent went smoothly via email or phone. If you couldn't reach them, they would call or email back. The purchase of my house also went well. As soon as the agent knew that our offer had been accepted, I was called right away (at 9:00 PM). I was pleasantly surprised; I had only expected a response the next day.
