Contact with the real estate agent went smoothly via email or phone. If you couldn't reach them, they would call or email back. The purchase of my house also went well. As soon as the agent knew that our offer had been accepted, I was called right away (at 9:00 PM). I was pleasantly surprised; I had only expected a response the next day.

Contact with the real estate agent and the office went well. The help of Raymond and his colleagues was very good. He also helped us make the right choice through thorough consultations. Raymond took care of a lot of work regarding the choice and tasks for the structural inspection, valuation, notary services, mortgage application, and negotiations with the seller.

Bij ons was het bij het 2e huis na aanvang van de aankoopmakelaar de al raak!Nu was dit voor een deel puur toeval en is de prijs / kwaliteit natuurlijk wat lastiger oordelen, maar zonder hadden we waarschijnlijk geen kans gehad.Heel duidelijke en goedzinnige communicatie, niks op aan te merken!Ik kreeg een erg positieve, behulpzame en mens-gerichte sfeer mee van VHA Makerlaars.

With each offer, we received good advice, things were handled quickly, and they worked hard for us! We feel heard by this real estate agent, who looks at houses with us as if she was looking for the best one for herself. We were offered many different options.
