Our contacts with our real estate agent were formal and smooth. We received quick responses to our questions and requests. The advantage of a search assignment is that you get an offer a day earlier than it appears on Funda. Especially in this overheated housing market where only a limited number of viewers are allowed, this is beneficial. However, we had expected somewhat more guidance or advice regarding the amount to offer for the house. We were simply given the figure with which the bid should start and told that we should offer what gives us a good feeling.
