We experienced Jozef as a very arrogant and self-satisfied real estate agent. He mentioned that he normally only deals with the higher segment, so apparently felt himself too good for the 200K house we were interested in. If Groenhout Real Estate had not been involved, our purchase would have been more pleasant and easier. Edit: I just read what the poster below me wrote two months later: Very recognizable, our house was listed as well-maintained (except for the kitchen), but actually everything (literally everything) needs to be replaced. A very unreliable and dishonest real estate agent.
