Makelaar bereid zich goed voor en onderbouwd waarom hij tot de prijsstelling komt. Tevens als aankoopmakelaar goede voorbereiding en dit heeft ons heel veel geld bespaart. Dus een makelaar met verstand van zaken, bereid zich goed voor, luister goed naar de klant en fijn persoonlijk contact. Ik beveel Pieter ten alle tijden aan.

Very disappointed with this real estate agent. Pieter sold us the property and withheld a lot of information. As a result, we were confronted with large, high, and unexpected costs. He only collected the money but did not work on a solution. Only reacted when a bad review was posted. Again very disappointed. A conversation is now proposed, but during the period when complaints poured in it was 'not home'. You should be ashamed of how you treat customers. Just now we let the people for maintenance and repair of the plastic window frames and doors go by without being informed about an expense of around 6000 euros. A viewing of a mere 20 minutes followed by increased pressure afterwards. We are sick of being completely taken in here. A young house of 10 years says nothing.

Jozef hebben wij ervaren als een zeer arrogante, zelfingenomen makelaar. Hij gaf aan dat hij normaal "alleen het hogere segment" deed, en voelde zich dus blijkbaar te goed voor de 200K woning waar wij voor opteerden. Wanneer Groenhout Makelaars geen partij was geweest, was onze aankoop leuker en makkelijker verlopen. Edit: ik lees net de dingen die de onderstaande poster 2 maanden na mij heeft geplaatst: Erg herkenbaar, ons huis stond op internet als in goede staat van onderhoud (behalve de keuken), maar eigenlijk moet alles (echt alles) vervangen. Zeer onbetrouwbare en oneerlijke makelaar.

This real estate agent listens very well to the wishes of the buyer (and is equally reliable as a seller) and knows very well how to assess what is and is not feasible for the buyer. The office works excellently and spends a lot of time on behalf of the buyer concerning documents and appointments with third parties. I can only recommend this real estate agent, because one gets quality for the money that must be paid to a real estate agent. Nothing but praise and appreciation.

Pieter van Meurs acted as my purchasing agent, and through personal contact and an honest, quick, and professional assessment of the house and situation, this led to the best purchase price for me. It resulted in the most attractive offer for the selling party, despite not being the highest bid. The skill of this realtor saved me a lot of money by not blindly driving up the price to come out as the winning bid. Very satisfied with the result. Will definitely recommend him.

Pieter van Meurs is een professionele makelaar met veel marktkennis en luistert goed naar je als klant. Daarnaast is hij zeer bedreven in het onderhandelingstraject. Ik zou hem zeker aanbevelen als verkoopmakelaar maar ook bij de aankoop van een woning is het zeker van toegevoegde waarde!
