A good agent is knowledgeable, gives good explanations of how everything works, what and when things happen, very friendly, really a recommendation. What we also liked was that when we called they immediately knew who you were.

We are very satisfied. The drafting of the purchase agreement could have been a bit smoother from our perspective, but otherwise we were superbly advised and guided. The photos of our house were excellent. Working with a professional photographer and sales stylist is really a plus. Additionally, availability (by email and phone) was exceptionally good, even in the evenings and on weekends! Richard is a pleasant, calm real estate agent who knows his stuff.
