We are very satisfied. The drafting of the purchase agreement could have been a bit smoother from our perspective, but otherwise we were superbly advised and guided. The photos of our house were excellent. Working with a professional photographer and sales stylist is really a plus. Additionally, availability (by email and phone) was exceptionally good, even in the evenings and on weekends! Richard is a pleasant, calm real estate agent who knows his stuff.

Contact with Pieter van Meurs was very pleasant. He creates a realistic expectation pattern before the house goes on sale. Pieter is clear in communication and his approach is professional and efficient. During the negotiation process, he is advisory but not dominant. He guides you excellently through the sales process.

Contact with the real estate agent went well. We first had an orientation meeting, and when that went as desired, we continued working with this agent. Even when the agent himself was not present, we always had a good relationship with the staff at his office. These ladies were very friendly and helpful, and thought along well. For questions, we could always turn to them. Also, whenever the agent was unreachable, he would always call back for further discussion.
