Vanaf het eerste gesprek tot nu, overdracht van ons verkochte huis is in 08, zijn we zeer tevreden. De verwachtingen die zijn geschept, zijn ook zeker uitgekomen. Korte lijnen, heel plezierig. Bij contact (via telefoon, e-mail of whatsapp) werden vragen of opmerkingen snel en vakkundig, eigenlijk nog dezelfde dag, beantwoord. Er wordt voor je meegedacht en tussentijds advies wordt graag verstrekt. Een absolute aanrader!

The interaction between the agent as well as the office staff with the client runs smoothly, and they keep their appointments. Mistakes are made where work is done, but they are not worth mentioning. In short: a pleasant way of working with an agent who knows what he's talking about.

Overall, we are reasonably satisfied. After a viewing, we were called with a clear report. The negotiations over our asking price and reserve price went somewhat awkwardly; the realtor tended to align with the offers of potential buyers, which were below our reserve price. This reserve price was established during the valuation discussion by both us and the realtor, and it should have covered the house's value. We are satisfied with the contact we had with the realtor and office staff. However, we found it unpleasant that the 'for sale' sign remained in the garden until moving day. We would rather have seen a 'sold subject to contract' sign.

Overall, a very good feeling remained! Expert, well-informed, fine stylist and photographer, and at the end during the real exciting negotiations easy and quick to reach via multiple channels (also outside office hours), thank you Sandra for that! This was experienced as very pleasant. Sometimes had the feeling that we could have been kept a bit more informed after a viewing but there the own emotion probably also plays a role. If you go into business with Groenhout, you will not regret it.

We were able to sell my father-in-law's house within half a year, despite the deferred maintenance, thanks to the perseverance and dedication of the guys from Groenhout Real Estate. We managed to get a reasonable price for it quite quickly. We are particularly satisfied with the service and clear communication. The lines were short, the office and the real estate agent themselves were easily accessible, and we were kept very well informed about viewings, ongoing processes, and prospects.
