At first, we had high expectations for the sale through a special offer 'exclusive round' via the real estate agent. The actual implementation of this was disappointing for us. Afterwards, our house was simply put on the market and sold after the first viewing. Nevertheless, we do not consider the service and price/quality ratio to be proportional. During the sale, the real estate agent was very limited in availability and contact mainly took place via email and app.

De verwachtingen van de makelaar lagen veel hoger als de mijne. Uiteindelijk kwamen we toch op de mijne uit. Maar een prima deal gemaakt. Goede begeleiding!!

We are very satisfied. The drafting of the purchase agreement could have been a bit smoother from our perspective, but otherwise we were superbly advised and guided. The photos of our house were excellent. Working with a professional photographer and sales stylist is really a plus. Additionally, availability (by email and phone) was exceptionally good, even in the evenings and on weekends! Richard is a pleasant, calm real estate agent who knows his stuff.

Fijne persoonlijke benadering door Jozef Groenhout, deskundig en goede snelle communicatie, zelf buiten kantoor tijden. Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk, begeleiding prima, weten waar het over gaat, ook als ik af en toe het kantoor bezocht zonder afspraak.
