The service provided by Groenhout real estate agency, and especially the personal service of all employees of this office, was fantastic. Our wishes were taken into account very well and all appointments for viewings were discussed and planned in advance with us. The sales guidance was good and particularly the honesty regarding sales opportunities and made offers stood out here. Groenhout is also our purchasing real estate agent, and even in this process nothing but praise for the professionalism and integrity of Pieter and Jozef.

Jozef Groenhout made a professional and competent impression on us. For him and the ladies who take the calls, a generous 8. Unfortunately, not all contact went smoothly. Especially in drafting the advertisement and communicating about it, sloppy work was done: instructions were left unread and promises were not always kept.

A good agent is knowledgeable, gives good explanations of how everything works, what and when things happen, very friendly, really a recommendation. What we also liked was that when we called they immediately knew who you were.

At first, we had high expectations for the sale through a special offer 'exclusive round' via the real estate agent. The actual implementation of this was disappointing for us. Afterwards, our house was simply put on the market and sold after the first viewing. Nevertheless, we do not consider the service and price/quality ratio to be proportional. During the sale, the real estate agent was very limited in availability and contact mainly took place via email and app.
