Ik heb mijn huis binnen 14 dagen verkocht via Groenhout makelaars. Groenhout kent de lokale markt uitstekend, zijn taxatie en verwachtte opbrengst was beduidend hoger dan andere makelaars. Ik zelf had bedenkingen over de vraagprijs, mede door zijn advies en positieve verwachting, ben ik zeer tevreden over de uiteindelijke verkoopprijs. Een kantoor met ongedwongen sfeer en vriendelijk personeel.

De verkoop van onze woning verliep vlotjes. Onze makelaar (Jozef) heeft veel kennis en was prettig in de omgang. De kosten zouden wat ons betreft direct inclusief BTW mogen worden getoond, anders sta je toch snel op het verkeerde been.
