Overall, we are reasonably satisfied. After a viewing, we were called with a clear report. The negotiations over our asking price and reserve price went somewhat awkwardly; the realtor tended to align with the offers of potential buyers, which were below our reserve price. This reserve price was established during the valuation discussion by both us and the realtor, and it should have covered the house's value. We are satisfied with the contact we had with the realtor and office staff. However, we found it unpleasant that the 'for sale' sign remained in the garden until moving day. We would rather have seen a 'sold subject to contract' sign.

After meeting with the real estate agent, the start went smoothly (contact with photographer, contact with office). Unfortunately, the property sold later than expected. During the finalization after the buyer's final offer, the agent stood by our side with advice and action.

Overall, a very good feeling remained! Expert, well-informed, fine stylist and photographer, and at the end during the real exciting negotiations easy and quick to reach via multiple channels (also outside office hours), thank you Sandra for that! This was experienced as very pleasant. Sometimes had the feeling that we could have been kept a bit more informed after a viewing but there the own emotion probably also plays a role. If you go into business with Groenhout, you will not regret it.

Een deskundig team, de makelaar zelf alleen gezien bij het intake gesprek, maar de overige zaken zijn goed opgepakt door de andere teamleden. wel contact gehad met de makelaar via telefoon en e-mail, hij was goed bereikbaar. Tevreden met het resultaat, in vrij korte doorlooptijd verkocht tegen een goede, realistische prijs.
