Richard Zwiers from Groenhout Makelaars helped us immensely with a complex sale of our house at the same time as purchasing another property. Things had quite a few hurdles. Zwiers had a good understanding of the market, which ensured that our own house was sold quickly, partly thanks to a good, honest presentation on Funda. Moreover, he knew how to maneuver well between the various parties. In the end, it became quite exciting, but it turned out well, partly thanks to his efforts.
