Groenhout Makelaardij is very easy to approach. We find them highly professional; they handle a lot of work and, most importantly: they keep their appointments! The only downside we see is the height of the realtor's commission. This is independent of the duration of intervention, which in our case compared to average was short.

Not without reason was Groenhout chosen as the best broker of the North in 2015. When selling, good tips were received to prepare well. Then beautiful photos and a good presentation on Funda. Ultimately, there were regular viewings and it was sold for a nice amount within a short period.

The first contact immediately gave a good feeling. The real estate agent came well-prepared to meet us for coffee. Just eight days after being listed on Funda, we were called by an employee who wanted to schedule a viewing. This viewing resulted in the initial offer (BOD).
