Makelaar belt niet terug, als je belt krijg je steeds te horen dat je nog op het lijstje stond om terug gebeld te worden. Dit dan na twee weken. Achterdeur open laten staan en lamp op zolder laten branden na bezichtiging. Ze beweren dat zij dat niet hebben gedaan, geen sorry. Mondelinge afspraak om de makelaarskosten na de overdracht te betalen. Maar moest toch voor de overdracht. Ze hebben niet laten zien dat ze actief bezig zijn geweest om het huis te verkopen.

Wel vinden wij het uiteraard spijtig om te lezen dat uw ervaring met ons kantoor niet zo positief is bevallen als wij van onze klanten gewend zijn. Van alle 10 bezichtigingen heeft u een terugkoppeling gekregen, meermaals is uw woning meegenomen in onze marketingacties en dit heeft uiteindelijk geleid tot een transactieprijs van slechts €5.000,- onder de gestelde vraagprijs. Wij zijn tevreden met het behaalde resultaat en vinden het nogmaals spijtig om te lezen dat u deze mening niet deelt."

Eerst ingeschakeld als verkoopmakelaar en later ook als aankoopmakelaar vanwege de goede lokale marktkennis. Afspraken werden prima nagekomen, na elke bezichtiging was er even contact over hoe het verlopen was. Pluspunt vonden wij ook de goede bereikbaarheid van de makelaar (zonodig ook buiten kantoortijden).

The sale of our home was pleasantly and professionally assisted by Groenhout real estate agency. Not only the agent but the entire team helped us quickly and skillfully at all times (on the most diverse matters...from floor plans to energy labels). In the end, the property sold in 8 weeks (including all disbursements). This is possible when we speak around the table with the same tone.
