Real estate agent Pieter van Meurs from Groenhout Makelaardij was knowledgeable and gave us the feeling that our house was in 'good hands.' During viewings, we were always neatly informed about how the viewing had gone. Also, all appointments via the office proceeded without exception properly and appropriately. After the sale of the home (subject to conditions), the contact remained good. We then also decided to hire Pieter van Meurs as a buyer's agent. In short, I would definitely recommend Groenhout makelaardij to friends and acquaintances who want to sell their house. Justifiably, they have won the price for 'best real estate agent.'

Belangrijk bij het kiezen van een makelaar is om voor jezelf vast te stellen wat je van een makelaar verwacht en of er een klik is met de makelaar. Groenhout makelaardij schakelde een goede fotograaf en styliste in hetgeen resulteerde in een gelikte fotoreportage van ons huis. Een scherpe vraagprijs en een goede timing voor het op Funda zetten van de woning (Open Huizen dag NVM op 3 10 2015) deden de rest. Ons huis was binnen 10 dagen verkocht tegen de vraagprijs ! De begeleiding van Groenhout makelaardij was professioneel en prettig.
