The contact with the real estate agent was perfect, a lot of work has been done. Many viewers came by, also at the insistence of the real estate agent (in the sense of come and see the house on Vossenstraat...), and we had an evaluation meeting in between. We had two open houses, and we were well prepared for that as well. We will definitely promote it to family, friends, acquaintances, neighbors, etc.

I am more than satisfied with what Jozef and Pieter have meant to me; the fair asking price in combination with a beautiful photo session led to the house being on the market for relatively short time; the final selling price even exceeded my expectations! The real estate agents complement each other and know what the customer wants; this ultimately also resulted, with their help, in the purchase of another property. Communication went well and although perhaps not the cheapest, it has more than earned its price.

At the first meeting, there was already a good click with Mr. Groenhout and he clearly indicated what the market in Assen was like and the possibilities for selling the house. A nice photo reportage was made and the description was perfect on the Funda site. On the Friday that the advertisement was on Funda, there was already a viewing and the following Monday the house was already sold.
