Steenhuis was in my case the selling agent; I did not have a buying agent myself. It is always exciting as a newly single person to find a suitable home where your new life will begin. Of course, a selling agent acts in the interest of their client. With Steenhuis, I had two houses in mind and one spoke to me for some reason more than the other, despite the wide choice available at that moment. The process proceeded smoothly in my eyes and was transparent enough for me. I was treated respectfully with attention to everyone's wishes. Everyone has their own interests, but the selling agent was clearly honest and adhered to the protocol. Sometimes it felt like the selling agent did more than strictly necessary for me, which only helped further. There was a win-win situation. My current home is worth its price and I still enjoy it thoroughly. And with spring and summer approaching, it will be even more enjoyable to spend time outdoors. I have dealt with two agents from Steenhuis and both were, in my eyes, competent, representative, social, transparent, and friendly. I do not have a definition of good, but in my dictionary, Steenhuis Agents is synonymous with it.
