Ilse has guided and assisted my in-laws and us (son and daughter-in-law) throughout the entire process of searching for and purchasing a suitable ground-floor apartment for my in-laws. Hats off to how she did it! My in-laws are elderly and could no longer handle everything due to health issues. She kept us well informed during the whole process and was always on time for appointments. She thought along well in the process and kept us well informed. She was always reachable throughout the entire process for all questions and was flexible. She did this all in a very pleasant way with much respect and patience. At the same time, she felt exactly what my in-laws and we needed. My in-laws are very happy with the apartment they bought with Ilse's help.
